CustomerLabs Pixel Helper — Chrome Extension

The CustomerLabs Pixel Helper is a Chrome extension that intercepts and displays events fired to CustomerLabs in real time. It allows you to inspect event names, properties, user identifiers, and cart tokens directly in the browser — without requiring access to the CustomerLabs dashboard.

Installation

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store:

1. Click Add to Chrome.
2. Click Add Extension in the confirmation popup.
3. The extension icon appears in the Chrome toolbar.

Usage

1. Click the CustomerLabs Pixel Helper icon in the Chrome toolbar.
2. Navigate to a website where the CustomerLabs tracking code is installed.
3. The extension automatically detects and lists all events fired to CustomerLabs on that page.
4. For each event, it shows:
   • All the event properties, user_traits for the events
   • If e-commerce events, shows the product properties if configured
   • If any important parameter is missing, highlights it is yellow and red based on criticality.
