Step 1: Get your CRM data flowing into CustomerLabs CDP

- Navigate to Sources & Choose HubSpot from our Sources catalog
- Now authenticate HubSpot by following the steps here
- Post authentication, create separate workflows to bring in your contact, company & deal data from HubSpot
- Filter incoming data to weed out irrelevant information
- Based on the event type, all your CRM data will now be synced with CustomerLabs CDP
Step 2: Activate Facebook as a Destination in CustomerLabs CDP
You will now be able to receive event, user & account data from HubSpot as and when updates are being made. All you have to do now is simply activate Facebook as a Destination in the CDP.

Step 3: Create a Custom Audience on Facebook

Log in to your Facebook Business Manager and navigate to Audiences > Create Audience > Custom Audience > Website

Post saving this audience list, go back to Audiences > Create Audience > Lookalike Audience and choose the created custom audience list as the source of your lookalike.
