What if I cancel within the 14-day trial?
No worries. We don't ask for your card upfront. We scope your use case before signup itself, so the 14 days is purely for data audit, data ingestion, and activation. Results typically come after this configuration phase, based on your specific use cases.
Where is my data stored?
Your data can be stored in your choice of region across 7 hosting locations on GCP. You can choose to store it in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, India, Singapore, Australia, or the Middle East. You select the region during onboarding based on your compliance and latency needs.
What are sources, events, and destinations?
Sources are where your first-party data comes from — your website, mobile app, CRM, offline systems, POS, Excel/CSV sheets, or any custom source. Events are the user actions and signals captured from those sources: page views, add to cart, form submits, purchases, signups, and custom conversions — the same shape as "events" in Meta Events Manager or "key events" in GA4. Destinations are where we send the enriched data — ad platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, your CRMs, warehouses, and any third-party endpoint you configure.
Is CustomerLabs privacy compliant (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)?
Yes. CustomerLabs is built to comply with all major data protection laws, including GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, CCPA/CPRA (and other US state privacy laws), and HIPAA when handling PHI.
What happens when I cancel my account?
When you cancel, we immediately offboard you, clear all the data stored in our systems, and revoke all accesses. We have a safe, structured offboarding process so your data isn't sitting around after you leave.
How is estimated pricing calculated?
You can roughly estimate the pricing by picking the count of events from your Meta Events Manager for the last 30 days, or the sum of key events from GA4 for the last 30 days. On top of this, some system-generated events for first-time visitors and returning users will be added, which will improve your campaign performance and attribution.
Is there a personalised account manager to help brands implement newer strategies?
Yes. Every account gets a dedicated account manager who helps you implement newer 1PD strategies and use cases as your marketing needs evolve.
What does "Solution Support Engineer cost" mean?
This applies purely based on complexity. Default integrations are included — this covers CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel and others; ecommerce platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce; and most destinations like Meta, Google, TikTok, and the rest. For anything custom that involves technical engineering support from our team, we bill $250 (4 man-hours) to help with the setup.
