CustomerLabs now supports Taboola as a Destination Integration.

Unification Coverage

This latest feature displays the profile unification percentages by classifying the profiles based on unification status and further displays the list of Unified/Un-unified profiles.

Events Parameters Coverage

Our latest feature now enables you to have a tabular view of the various parameters (including Event, Product, UTM, External IDs, etc.) obtained via a particular event.

Taxonomy

The new "Taxonomy" feature provides a concise account-level summary of the event, user and product attributes.

Multiple instances per destination platform

CustomerLabs has a recent update that accommodates multiple instances of destination platforms. This enhancement enables the integration of multiple accounts from a single platform, such as multiple Facebook ad accounts, into a single CustomerLabs instance.

Shopify Pixel Script update

We have upgraded the Pixel Script for Shopify. This upgrade will directly transmit Shopify customer events to CustomerLabs and retrieve the cart token from Shopify to accurately merge purchase data with our existing dataset.

Events Manager — end-to-end data flow tracking

We have enhanced our Events Manager. This offers real-time, end-to-end tracking of the entire data flow — from how data is ingested via source, processed in the system and delivered to the destinations.

Monitoring — centralized log repository

The Monitoring section now offers a centralized repository for all logs of data sources, workflows, and destinations. This comprehensive view facilitates a thorough analysis of the entire data flow process.

WooCommerce Plugin 1.9.1

Our recent update handles the deep-caching mechanisms of WP Engine which prevent the direct setting up of server-side cookies.

Shopify consent processing

Our recent implementation of processing consent parameters in Shopify's sandbox environment ensures adherence to GDPR guidelines.

Onboarding Documents in Help

CustomerLabs has added a new section "Onboarding Documents" in Help. This serves as a log to record all customizations made to an account, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.

Source data standardisation

As part of data standardisation efforts, source/website data with null, empty or undefined values will no longer be stored.

Meta custom parameters and GA4 user ID

  • Meta : Meta's recent policy has dismissed custom parameters. CustomerLabs has released an update abiding by Meta's policy.
  • Google Analytics : GA4 now includes user ID in User data. CustomerLabs has updated the same, creating more unified user profiles.

Callback function on CustomerLabs instance

CustomerLabs has implemented a callback function, which allows you to define functions and other implementations that can be invoked upon successful instantiation of the CustomerLabs instance.

LinkedIn CAPI and GA4 Measurement Protocol

  • LinkedIn CAPI : This Conversions API enables the transfer of online and offline conversions to LinkedIn Campaign Manager via client-side and server-side events.
  • Measurement Protocol in Google Analytics : CustomerLabs now captures session_id from client-side events and stitches it into server-side events. This improves attribution and campaign conversion.

Node.js refresh and dynamic Shopify Event Tracking

  • Node version : Ensured a Node.js version compatibility refresh for sources and server-side destinations.
  • Shopify Event Tracking Script : The Event Tracking script for the Shopify implementation has been optimized through dynamic code implementation.

Source Filter (custom query) and Clone Workflow

  • Source Filter : Incoming data from a source can now be filtered using a "custom query field" to filter data from deeply nested fields.
  • Clone Workflow : This new feature saves time creating workflows by automatically cloning existing source workflows.

Destination consent, cookie cleanup, and new filters

  • Consent for Destination Integration : User consent settings for Destination Integrations, ensuring adherence to GDPR and other privacy regulations.
  • Cookie Cleanup : Optimized client-side storage by conducting a cookie cleanup, minimizing the impact of tracking cookies.
  • Audience Filter : Restricts the audience to those who interacted yesterday (Dynamic Yesterday).
  • Source Filter : New filter in the Build workflow setup ensures that incoming number data has valid conditional values.

1P Domain Tracking rolled out across all plans

  • 1P Domain Tracking : Comprehensive domain ownership tracking across all e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and non-Shopify. Included in all subscription plans, for both Agency and Growth accounts.
  • Monitoring : Enhanced Destination Logs usability by enabling sorting based on "Triggered at" and "Processed at" timestamps.

Google Ads/Analytics save-state fixes and IPv6 support

  • Defect resolutions : Functionality update in Google Ads and Google Analytics to ensure the "Save Changes" button is enabled only when modifications are made to the Destination configuration settings.
  • IPv4 and IPv6 : IP address and user agent information are crucial for achieving EMQ. Following our support for IPv4, we've now extended the functionality to IPv6.

1P Domain Tracking, Facebook Audience Sync, and instant Event Initialisation

  • 1P Domain Tracking : The introduction of 1P Domain Tracking has empowered businesses to efficiently include domains and subdomains to counter adblockers on websites, ensuring retention of server-side cookie data.
  • Facebook Audience Sync : Users can now modify the custom audience name with an autogenerated Segment ID, a custom name, or retain the audience name to enhance audience identification in Facebook Audience Sync. An "Exclude Audience" checkbox also lets you tailor a particular audience, increasing the efficiency of custom audiences sent to Facebook.
  • Event Initialisation : Event tracking is now triggered directly upon execution of the tracking-code JavaScript file, removing the delay for initialization.

  • Audience Dashboard : Save audiences as drafts and activate them later from Archive Audiences. The page now shows active destinations, audience size, and other insights.

  • Meta's Limited Data Use : CustomerLabs now facilitates Meta's Limited Data Use, complying with various US state privacy regulations.
